About your mats
Custom Fit · EVA Technology

Prime EVA floor mats are precision-engineered to fit your vehicle's exact dimensions. The cellular EVA structure captures dirt, water, snow, and debris — protecting your interior and keeping it clean between services.

Each mat is position-specific and will only sit correctly in its designated location. Follow the steps in this guide for a correct first-time installation.

02
Installation
8 Steps · Follow In Order
1
Turn off the vehicle's engine
2
Remove all existing floor mats from the vehicle
3
Select the mat for the correct position
Each mat is position-specific. Driver, front passenger, and rear mats are not interchangeable — they will only fit securely in their designated position.
4
Place the mat and secure using the retention system
Place the mat in its correct position on the floor. If your vehicle has retention hooks — usually located next to the seat guide rails — align the holes in the mat with the hooks. If your vehicle has no retention hooks, simply place the mat flat in position. Identify your retention type below and follow the matching diagram:
  • Type A — Insert the clip through the mat hole, then press down to lock

  • Type B — Place the mat over the hook, then secure the ring clip

  • Type C — Insert the hook through the mat, then snap the outer clip into place

  • Type D — Insert the hook through the mat, then rotate 90° to lock

Retention hook types vary by vehicle make and model. Refer to your vehicle owner's manual to identify your type.
5
Check the mat is flat and locked in place
Make sure the mat lies completely flat on the floor and the retention hook is locked. For the driver's mat: it should sit closest to the seat, with the far end sliding freely under the pedals — not touching or restricting them.
6
Check all pedals move freely
Press each pedal — accelerator, brake, and clutch — all the way down and release. No mat should catch, slow, or block any pedal at any point.
Can't secure the driver's mat?
If the driver's mat cannot be properly secured with the retention system, do not use Prime EVA mats in this vehicle. Contact our support team — we'll help find a solution.

7
Repeat for all remaining positions
Install all remaining mats — front passenger and rear — following the same steps.
8
Allow the mats to settle
The mats may need a few days to fully conform to the floor shape, especially on uneven surfaces. This is normal — it takes 2–7 days depending on temperature, and happens faster in warm conditions.
Safety warning

Improperly installed floor mats can interfere with vehicle controls and cause loss of vehicle control, resulting in serious accidents or death. Follow all installation steps carefully and verify secure fit before driving.

If the driver's mat becomes loose while driving: reduce speed carefully, pull over to the nearest safe location, and stop. Re-secure the mat before continuing.

Maintenance
Cleaning & Care
Daily
Shake clean
Remove from the vehicle. Hold the mat vertically and strike the back firmly 2–3 times. Dirt, dust, and moisture release from the cells in seconds — no water needed.
As needed
Deep wash
For heavy soiling, wash with mild detergent and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely before reinstalling.
Pressure washer
Keep distance
Keep the nozzle at least 50 cm from the surface at all times to protect the anti-slip backing.
  • Do not use aggressive chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners
  • Avoid contact with open flames or direct heat sources
  • Avoid sharp or cutting objects — these can damage the anti-slip backing
  • Regular cleaning extends the service life of your mats
Material note: Prime EVA mats are made of a durable EVA polymer resistant to moisture, temperature variation, and everyday wear. Use mild products to preserve surface quality and anti-slip performance over time.
